Software for the part of the school that has to be right.
DOT Solutions is a Pakistan-based software company. We build, host and support a school management system with finance at its centre, because that is where a school feels every mistake.
Why we build this
A school should not have to choose between a register and a real system.
Most school software is an attendance app with a fee screen attached. The office still keeps the real record in a spreadsheet, and the accounts office spends the month reconstructing it.
DOT Solutions starts from the other end. We build the modules a school uses every day, then put a double-entry ledger behind them, so a receipt, a payroll run and a supplier payment are all part of the same financial record.
The system is deployed separately for each school, with its own database and its own branding. No shared data, no shared assumptions and no school seeing another school's records.
We build for the moment an auditor asks for the evidence.

What we care about
Three decisions that shape the product.

One school at a time
Each school gets its own deployment and database. Isolation is simpler to explain, simpler to audit and safer than a shared tenant.
Support that answers
The people who build the system are the people the school calls. Support runs Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm PKT.

Your data stays in your school's own database.
A dedicated deployment is not a marketing word here. It changes how onboarding works, how access is controlled and what happens if the school leaves.

A database per school
The school's records live in its own Supabase project. Staff access is controlled by role, and the database enforces row level security.

The school's identity
Name, logo, colours, fonts, contact details and module switches are configured for the school, not left as generic defaults.

Opening data in a known format
Student and staff records are imported from Excel or CSV using a prepared template. The school remains responsible for the accuracy of the data it supplies, and the import is agreed before it runs.

Data back when you ask
School data can be exported in Excel or CSV on request. The software and configuration remain DOT Solutions property.
